Bob & Erik Snyder performed a very thorough investigation into our claims, and the circumstances leading up to and resulting in the loss of life. They did an excellent job questioning witnesses for the defense, and for us (the plaintiffs). They obtained field-leading experts to investigate and provide impressive reports on their findings, and at reasonable rates, which kept their expenses lower than we expected. They were able to arrange arbitration, where we received two very large settlements (one from each of the defendants), without having to go to trial. Throughout the process (which can be very stressful) they always made time to discuss/address our concerns and kept us apprised of updates/progress. Millie Odenthal was also very helpful.

Bob and Erik have helped me with several legal issues. The most recent was with the estate of my children's father. My daughter, who had terminal cancer was the executrix and needed Mom's help and a qualified estate attorney. Their Dad was married to a lady from China who could not speak English. She was given a life estate and money to pay off the mortgage to their new home. Her choice was to take the money and leave the home, thus the home went to my children. As you can imagine, this required careful and some extensive legal work. They advised me on what was fair and equitable to all concerned and their price was VERY reasonable.
